Dudley, Social Studies Hr. 0' Connor, Mathematics and Social Studies Miss French, Guidance ani Latin A Mr. Taylor, Science nculig Attica Central School Teachers Association was organized for the purpose of promoting the highest type of professional practicesg to encourage active participation in the solution of school problems 5 to bring about better understanding of educational problems among teachers and to promote a strong professional spirit. The association cooperates with Parent-Teacher Associations and other civic bodies and assists :Ln interpreting to the public the problems, functions and steady progress of the public school. The Association meets on the second Wednesday of every month. Officers elected for the present year: President, Mary Wiecjorekg Vice-President, Jack Dudley, Treasurer, Grace Patchg and Secretary, , Charlotte Brayer. Last fall, the Board of Eiucation, Faculty and other school employees enjoyed a dinner and enter- tainment together. So we salute om' custodians. Whether it's a broken window, loose seat, stuck locker, or amthing else, the call goes out for Mr. Vetter, Mr. Brooks, Hr. Balzhiser, Hrs. Bulloff' or Hrs. Przybyl. The real Mg-. Fixlts' are they, and they have to be to keep ahead of all the stu- dents. Always on the job, ready to help anyone, they are important to a well-run establishment. This year, Attica Central lost a friend with the death of Mr. Leon Gay, long a custodian here. His interest in the students welfare and concern-for the school, and willingness to help anyone who needed it, will never be forgotten. 12
