This organization carries the responsibility for all activ- ities and matters of business which affect the members of the faculty. It attempts at all times to promote the welfare of the teachers and solve the problems that arise. The Assoc1ation meets twice a month- once to discuss the general problems of teaching, and the other meeting deals with problems arising in everyday school busi- ness. In this way, the faculty acts as the rudder which guides us through om' school life. They have done their usual good job of keeping the students well fed. The staff has to get started early enough to be able to serve food at 11:00 o'clock when the elementary grades come for their lunches, and keep going until the high school has eaten.
