This organization carries the responsibility for all activ- ities and matters of business which affect the members of the faculty. It attempts at all times to promote the welfare of the teachers and solve the problems that arise. The Assoc1ation meets twice a month- once to discuss the general problems of teaching, and the other meeting deals with problems arising in everyday school busi- ness. In this way, the faculty acts as the rudder which guides us through om' school life.
