Most pupils think of it not as a talk or ornamental thing, but as a part of the world of learned men. Many of us talk a great deal but say very little The poet tries to talk very little but says a great deal. The poems we first hear in childhood, the nursery rhymes, the verses in first readers, and the poetry in grades and high school play an important role in every student's life. Because of its part in the curriculum, we have chosen it as our theme. 2
