Some of the duties of Super- intendent George Hayes are interviewing teachers and attending many state meet- ings concerning school ad- ministration. Mr. Hayes' overall talk is to supervise the entire school system. Mr. Hayes also works closely with the school board. The board's main responsibility is to make decisions in establishment of all school policies . Business manager Francis Lee is also treasurer of the school. He keeps the ac- count of all activities and corporation accounts . Mr. Lee also runs the book- store. He states his aim as to provide students with necessary tools for their advancement . Mrs . Jean Hurley is both Mr. Hayes' and Mr. Lee's secretary. Alot of her time is spent in aiding Mr . Lee in inventory and managing the book- store. Principal Parker Eaton has various responsibilities connected with his job. A few of his many duties are maintaining policies and discipline, interviewing prospective teachers, stu- dent council sponsor, and athletic director. Mr. Ea- ton is also a constant source of humor for most everyone . Not only is Mrs . Norma Ward Mr. Eaton's personal secretary but she is also receptionist, many ofthe teachers' secretary, and a friend to many stu- dents . ii.
