Part of the Prom decorations were a fortune teller's booth with n crystal hall :incl Madame Mojer tn tell fortunes. Step Right Up for The Greatest ill Seven-thirty p.m. April 23 was the beginning of The Greatest Show On Earth. Junior and senior couples met at the Coun- try Squire Motel for Pre-Prom activities. Pictures were taken of each couple, who then mingled with other Prom-goers. Upon entering the high school, the couples came upon ring masters and circus performers. After signing their names in the guest book they were welcomed by Iunior and Senior class of- ficers and their dates. Dance books were filled and then the procession into the decorated gym began. Decorations includ- ed a haunted house, a three- ring circus, a fortune telling booth and a foodstand. At 1:00, the Prom-goers went to the Super Bowl, after having changed from formal to casual clothing. There was bowling. gambling with play money, a disc jockey and dancing to enter- tain the couples. This part of the evening ended with an auction of various items which were paid for with the play money won. At 5:00 a.m. the weary couples made their Way to the Elks' Club for breakfast.
