GRA, Recreational Fun Wearing clothes inside out and backwards initiated the freshman girls into the high school club, GRA. The major event during the year was a slumber party. A trip to the Girl's State Basketball Tournament was plann-ed and money was collected for the tickets, but tickets were not available. All the money was then refunded to the girls. During meetings, the girls competed in games like volley- ball, basketball, and scooter speedball. The club also ordered GRA t-shirts. Y-Teens, Enjoyment For High School Girls Under the presidency of Paula Bacon, Y-Teens accomplished many projects including, a father- daughter volleyball game, a hayride, a visit to the state legislature, a World Fellowship Supper, a style show, and a Christmas party. Service projects were a big part of the groups year also. Making cookies for the teachers lounge, and snowman favors were delivered to two nursing homes, as service projects.
