Prom, A Junior-Senior Dream Come True With excitement and anticipation, Prom '76 finally arrived. The enchanted evening, when jun- iors and seniors swapped their jeans for formal gear, began at 7:30 p.m. with the Pre-prom at the Country Squire. At 9:00 p.m. prom-go-ers found themselves dancing to the music of a brass band, the McNasties. Since '76 was the bicentennial year, the gym was decorated in red, white, and blue to help carry out the theme Good Morning, America. After the dance, the evening continued with three hours of fun and games at the Super Bowl. When 4:00 a.m. rolled around, sleepy-eyed juniors and seniors were served a hearty breakfast at the Elks Club. When the breakfast was over, the tearing down of decora- tions and a long-awaited sleep came. The fun, romance, and special night was all over. The memory of Prom '76 will never end in the minds of those who attended, their junior-senior dream- come-true. 'S l 1-
