I 4 Serving several hundred lunches a day is the job of Frances Andersen, Edna Petersen, Elaine Huddleson, Bea Walton, and Ardelle Anderson. ' r A rare picture of the cooks and checkers is one of them resting. In this rare photo are Dorothy Stuart, Gloria Sieh, Susan Larson, Marie Drake, and Barb Drake. The cooks, custodians, and bus drivers were vital parts of Atlantic High School. The student body and the faculty couldnit have functioned proper- ly if it hadnit been for these personnel. The cooks were busy preparing lunches for the grade, junior high, and high ,...-V schools. Daily they prepared 2000 lunches. Barbecues, pizza, and tuna noodle casserole were found to be some of the favorite lunches. Unjamming lockers, keeping the side- walks clear, and cleaning up the spit wads were jobs that kept the custodians occupied. They worked long hours in order to provide the students with clean surroundings. Cooks, Custodians, and Bus Mrs. Lenora Wohlenhaus spends much of her time supervising the Harold Swaney, Ruth Templeman, Eunice Mailander, and Virginia cooking staff.
