Iour euooeesee and failures, your days of joy and your hours of disappointment will soon be e closed chapter ln the history of this high school. In eplte of the fact that most of you have been very busy, your lite to a large extent has been ears-free, sheltered, and parent directed. Under these eondltlons, to keep up your courage and maintain a oheertul, optomletlo, attitude toeerd l1!e, will require moral courage ot the highest type. ly wish for you is best expressed in the words of Park Benjamin in his short poem. 'PRESS ON' 'Press on! Surmount the roeky steep, Climb boldly o'er the torrents erehg He tails alone who feebly creeps, Hs wine who dares the hero's march. Ee thou a hero! Let thy might Tramp on eternal snows its way, And through the ebon wall of nlght Hew down a passage unto dey.' WMM FACULTY G. G.
