The purposes of Alpha Sigma Phi are to foster education, to maintain charity, and to promote patriotism. The objectives of the fraternity, incidental to these purposes, are to assist in the building of character, to promote college loyalties, to perpetuate friendships, to cement social ties within the fraternity memberships, and to foster the maintainance of college homes by chapters for their undergraduate members. The Gamma Lambda chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi was founded May 3, 1 S5B. 1 04 PHI THETA SIGMA Pictured L to R: Kurt Spitzner, Don Robinson, Kenny Clark, Greg Mylinski, Tim Britton, Bob Poole, Willie Spear, Ernie Brame, Front Row (Little Sisters): Lisa Gregory, Sue Schaefer, Billie Jean Williamson. I’ve learned a lot, but been frustrated even more. I’ve learned that a yearbook editor needs a lot of cooperation from everyone on campus. I have found very little. I’ll be one of the few Editors to succeed themselves. This thought at times leads me to want to pull my hair out and at others it gives me great optimism for next years yearbook. I've learned the pitfalls. I’ll know next year where to go for help and who to avoid. There is a lot of good at AC and I’m very proud to be associated with ACC. It is kind of hard though to sound positive and cheerful three hours before final deadline. ACC I love you and hope we can make an even better yearbook next year.
