CLASS POEM John Adams, our glue-fingered friend, will stick with us to the end. Giggling in P.E. class with Margie B. is Wanda Allen's specialty. Jim Applegate, our sailor guy, hopes to attend the U. of I. Len B., our man Bird , is a star of whom you've often heard. Jim Bell is the one who's full of jokes and loads of fun. Margie B., though quiet and shy, always says hello when passing by. Randy Brooks, our man about town, with a girl can always be found. Connie C., a talkative one, with the boys has a lot of fun. Dale Colaw, the manager of our team, is always held in high esteem. Like his brother, Gary C. will join the Navy and ride the sea. Jim Cook, a hard-working guy, has always been kind of quiet and shy. Jerry D., a real Ford lover, makes all pedestrians run for cover. Ron Foggy always has a quip, but one day in sociology he let one slip. Quite a comic is Gary G.; he is a guy for all to see. When it comes to being quiet and shy, don't ever look at Cathy Hi. Our star farmer, Eddie J., was president this year of the F.F.A. Karen Leach likes Brenda Lee, whom she goes to Nashville always to see. Every class has a clown; for that we claim Ann McKown. Nancy Pech, a majorette for band, could step the highest in the land. Tom Pittenger, our carry-out king, knows how to make the cash register ring. Sue R. on ice skates has lots of skill, but once in a while she takes a spill. Our grade-A egg is Mike Shay; as president of the Class he led the way. Leave your milk bottles out today; Greg Smith will come and take them away. Softball's most valuable player was Karen T.; she pitched out team to victory. Kenneth Thompson, our mathematical whiz, becomes an Einstein on every quiz. Kent Turner, nicknamed Spider , in every car should be a rider. To Business college goes Sandy T.; a secretary she hopes to be. Kathy Wheeler, the silent sort, as a friend is really a sport. Quite a pitcher is Bobby Young; his fame will never go unsung. 21
