FRESHMAN OFFICERS Donna Ford, Secretary-Treasurer; Frances Wertheim, President; Don Menzel, Vice President. Sponsor: Mr. Wright. THE FRESHMAN CLASS Our class did very well by winning 3rd prize in the 1953 Homecoming. The theme was about outerspace ships and the name of our float was We Have Arrived . October, Friday 13, was the date for our first party. Since it was held on the fateful day of Friday 13, superstition carried out the theme. Because we have 30 members in our class, we are rated as 2nd largest in the high school. W'e were officially initiated into high school on the eve of September 11 at a party given in our honor by the Seniors.
