lllllllllllllllm 3 o E W ' X lllllllll 2 During our fifty years at Athens High School we have made great progress. Our faculty has increased from six to fifty-six. Also during this time the school has only occupied three school plantsg the High School on Childs Street from 1909 to 1915, the old Court House on Prince Avenue from 1915 thru 1952, and our own High School here on Milledge Avenue since the fall of 1952. During this fifty year period we have had three principals: the late Mr. E. B. Mellg Mr. Sam Wood, now our Super- intendent of Clarke County Schoolsg and Mr. Guy Driver, who now serves as principal.
