DOUBLE TAKE 4 This year five sets of identical twins attended Athens High School. They were (1) Christie and Carrie Young, seniors; (2) Carol and Cheryl Sargeant, seniors; (3) Michelle and Missy Flanigan, freshmen; (4) Angie and Trisha Mitts, freshmen; and (5) Kurt and Ken Ratliff, sophomores. Together each has shared double trouble, double joy, and double fun. There we dedicate this double page spread as DOUBLE TAKE.

Joan Rivers NOT — Lt. Colonel Oliver North HOT — Spuds MacKenzie, the original Party Animal NOT — Benji SIZZLING — Mexican food, pizza, cherry coke NOT — salmon casserole ROCK — MTV, Janet Jackson, Bon Jovi, U2, compact discs FRIGID — Nashville Net- work, Michael Jackson, The Oak Ridge Boys, 8-track tapes HOT — Outback Red cloth- ing and Banana Republic safari clothing, ten but- ton shirts. Guess jeans, friendship bracelets, add-a-bead necklaces NOT — flourescent and skin tight clothes If you're sending money to Oral Roberts, enjoy- ing the food in the cafe- teria, fighting, refusing to get along with teach- ers, dropping out, you're frostbitten”! If you're hanging out with friends, wearing a class ring (your own or someone else's), wearing bows, watching Saturday Night Live, laughing at Eddie Murphy, you're on fire”! Mai Lh$! h Ui 1 1. Sophomores Ken Ratliff, Roger Muench, Jim Bounds, and Matt Reichert model their dark shades. 2. Spuds Mac- Kenzie is on the back of T-shirts every- where, as shown by Steve Nance. 3. P.E. clothes are very UNstylish, but Tami Miller, Cara Hunt, and Niki Tomlin make the best of it. 6
