VTZfm The 1985 junior-senior prom A Dream Goes on Forever was held May 18 at Sanga- mon State University from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. The King and Queen. Jeff Jarard and Debbie Mogle. senior court. Christy Cedusky and Greg Miller and Carrie Hopwood and Lynn Freer, and the junior court. Lisa Ross and Darin Muller and Becky Bolen and Mark Crowder, all danced to the theme song Can't Fight This Feeling. Music was supplied by Fugitive of which all members were Athens High School graduates. Directly after the meal, which was catered by Sangamon State, senior prophecies and wills were read. Also at this time. Ann Mitts was presented with a floral bouquet in respect to her retirement. Prom colors included red. white, and pink. Junior sponsors were Marlene Brady and Sue Bennett.
