Primm, Beaver, Terry, Spragg, Forden, Ford, Glenn, Pautsch, Tobias, Engel, Killion, Hill, Barr, Daley, Culver, Cline, H. Smith, Landreth. Front Row—T. Lawson, Bushong, H. Wilcoxen, W. Powell, Haggard, Hopwood, Miss Gilmore, Hart, L. Johnson, Eckler, Szerknas, V. Tomlin. The first day of school found 58 freshmen in their section of the Assembly. After everyone had become acquainted, the beginners elected the hollowing officers: President, Arthur Pautsch; Vice-President, Harold Hawkins; Secretary, Harriett Culver; Treasurer, Robert Council; Student Council Member, Betty Brittin; Newspaper Reporter, Roy Landreth. This class has rapidly distinguished itself in school life, having representatives in the musical, athletic, and elocutionary fields. With such a beginning, the class is looking forward to three more years of activity and achievement.

Campus Clicks SOPHOMORE CLASS Back Row—J. Rogers, G. Pierceall, Kennedy, Frost, Sanderfield, Cordell, Wiseman, Van Meter. Second Row—Eddy, Webb, D. Greer, E. Primm, M. Grant, Manis, Metz, Krzywaski, Doom, Parrish, Brittin, Mr. Dewalt. Front Row—L. Cline, Dirks, Miller, A. Engel, M. Grant, Wilkins, Baugher, Ruggles, Boylan, L. Hall. In the fall of 1931, after the group of determined young people who called themselves “Freshmen” had become acquainted, they elected the following officers: President, Kenneth Baugher; Vice President, Marshall Gram; Secretary, Irene Dirks; Treasurer, Brian Grant; Student Council, John Miller; Reporter, Eugenia Primm. At the beginning of their Sopohomore year the group found that they had lost six of their number. The leaders for this year were: President, Marshall Grant; Vice President, John Miller; Secretary, Mary Wilkins; Treasurer, Anna Engel; Student Council, Kenneth Baugher; Reporter, Albert Ruggles. During the year they gained two members, Emma Cordell and Charlene Kennedy. The class has displayed its talents in the glee club, G. A. A., orchestra and B. A. A. As this year comes to a close the Sophomore class is hoping for a bigger and better success in the year to come.
