The youth of our land must take advantage of every opportunity to develop to the fullest their capacities and abilities, that they may better be enabled to serve their country in this hour of great need. Our boys and girls have gone forth in the service of our country. Be it ours to help them hold high the banner of service for we must not only win this wary we must help to secure a just and lasting peace for the future.
