Organizations Every person is a part of some group—the group he lives with, or works with, or spends his free time with. Through the organizations at AHS, stu¬ dents learn to cooperate with others. They learn the importance of working together to get things done, with each person giving and taking a little. This cooperation is necessary in every group one is ever associated with. Each AHS club has a goal—the honoraries recog¬ nize ability, the language clubs learn about for¬ eign cultures, the vocational clubs help students plan their futures, etc. In many cases students can develop their talents in clubs,- and in all cases, if the students really get involved with the club ' s activities, they will have a lot of fun. 27
