The way to more effieient use of class and study time was guided by a new principal and superintendent. A fresh crop of stu- dent body ofhcers promoted unifying, morale-building activities for the Fish- ermen. In piloting their ship into more ideal channels on the river Educa- tionf, the administrative Crew Capably proved themselves. ll
