TABLE OF CONTENTS Activities News 25 29 55 Our Theme The tornado is our theme. On June 9, 1955, the fateful twister hit our school and, in 90 seconds, left it a pile of ruin. Fortunately, the students were already home. By the end of June, reconstruction was well under way and proceeded throughout the year of 1955-1954. Our teachers did the best they coidd to teach without sufficient classroom space. Hundreds of noises constantly broke the silence of our classes and study periods. However, we did enjoy our tornado year ; we studied hard, participated in sports and enjoyed our leisure moments with one another. For these reasons, the memories of this year will always remain in our minds and hearts. 2

Au mois de Janvier, la mort de son pere n’allegea pas son fardeau deja si prodigieux. Mais son esprit et son coeur, nous le savons, resterent attaches a 1’Assumption.
