WILSON GORDON ABNEY Wilson is a very quiet and likeable lad. During hia senior year he was a boarder, and he has taken part in many school activities. THOMAS EDWIN ACKERMAN Tom has been very active in all sports since he came to Assumption. He is an excellent boxer, and has played football and basketball also. MARVIN ERROL ALLEN Marvin is a very adept musician, being able to play the sax and clarinet with equal ability. His pride and joy is his chien. During his four years here he was an active socialite. ANTHONY HARRY BABY Tony has been a member of the senior band for three years. He is a good handball player, as well as being adept in basketball. TINO JIOOCCHINO BAGGIO Gino is noted at Assumption for his foot¬ ball achievements. He made the All-City Team in ' 45. His hobby is tilework, and he aspires to play with the Windsor Rockets of the O.R.F.U. FLOYD ALEXANDER BAILLARGEON Floyd was born July 2nd, 1929, in the grand and peaceful village of Riverside. His hobby is art at which he is very proficient, and he has participated in all sports. EUGENE JEROME BANNON Red starred in bas¬ ketball and handball around Assumption He had difficulty in getting hia homework done because he led an active social life. ARTHUR LAMBERT BERGERON “Timer , as his friends call him, comes from the big town of LaSalle. He likes to talk about his life in the social world. He has attended Assump¬ tion for four years. BERNARD HENRY BERTHIAUME Bernie has long beeu one of Assumption ' s best athletes. He has starred in Sr. football and hockey, making the All-City grid team in ' 45 He has two letters in hockey and three in footbalL LAWRENCE JOSEPH BEZAIRE Larry has been a boarder four years. He is an NCO in the Air Cadets, and has played minim basketball and football. He has many friends. PAUL JOSEPH BOISVERT Paul was active on the Reporter for four years and became News Editor in 1946. He also was active in the missions and stu¬ dent council of which he became the pres¬ ident. He was a humor¬ ist, speaker, author, dramatist and poet. JOHN PATRICK BOYDE Jack is the youngest member of the graduat¬ ing class. He was assist¬ ant editor of the Repor¬ ter in his senior year Jack has ambitions to¬ wards the priesthood. CLASS OF ’46 PRESIDENT VICE-PRESIDENT WENDELL SYDNEY MERICK Bud, as he is called by his frie nds, was born in Chicago, Ill., April 25, 1927. Besides being Vice-President of his class, Bud was also Editor of the Reporter, member of the Day-Scholar Student Council. He plans to attend college next year with a career in journalism being his ambition CHARLES ALOYSIUS JOHNSON Chuck, as he was called by his friends, climaxed his last year by being elected President of the grad class. He was active on the Boarder Student Council, and played Sr. football in his last two years. SECRET AR Y- TREASURER JEROME HERB FROST Jerry was very active in his senior year. He won letters in football and basketball, was President of the Boarder Student Council and climaxed his year by being elected Secretary- Treasurer of the Graduating class. He was also noted for his scholastic abilities.

He has played lor both the A.C. and Matti Holli bands. Gerry is a good student, an active so¬ cialite, and he plays basketball for recrea¬ tion. WILLIAM LOUIS CALABRESE Bill is an A stu¬ dent, and he was mana¬ ger of the senior ioot- ball team in 1946. His ambition is to be a civil engineer. Bill is well liked by all. FRANCIS VINCENT CLIFF Frank has been a boarder here during his senior year. He leads the usual social life of a fourth year student, but still finds time to study. CLAUDE JOSEPH CLOUTHIER Bud was leader of the high school orches¬ tra in ' 46. He was a member of the A.C. band, a participant in handball and basket¬ ball, and he aspires to be a musician. Bud also was nominated for Pres, of the graduating class of ’46 DONALD JOSEPH COUSINEAU Don has been an “A student through his four years of high He was a member of the day-scholar student council. Don is also a good athlete, taking part in all sports. He was especially profi¬ cient in basketball and ping-pong. GEORGE BADER CRONIN George is one of the graduating class ' best known and best liked fellows. He plays contract bridge expert¬ ly as well as participa¬ ting in social activities, basketball and football. I EDWIN BERTRAM CURRY Edwin was bom April 6th, 1929, in the large and prosperous town of Shaker Heights, Ohio. His hobby is his ever faithful ' Chev, and he aspires to be¬ come a good auto mechanic MAURICE AUGUSTIN DANIEL Maurice is of the studious school and hails from the Chatham district. He played minim football and was a member of the Re¬ porter. PERCY THOMAS DEMERS Percy came to Assump¬ tion from Sacred Heart College, Sudbury. He was active in sports, especially baseball and he intends to beg.n a career in medicine JOHN PAUL DUFOUR When John appeared in Physics class, Fr Armstrong would con¬ gratulate him for put¬ ting in an appearance In spite of his absences he still managed to be in the upper half of the class JOSEPH MICHAEL DUNN Joe was very well known around Assump¬ tion. liked by all, and has a fine voice. He climaxed his senior year by winning a letter in football and being a member of the Barber Shop Quartet. Joe was also active in the Missions. JOHN BERNARD DUROCHER John was bom in quiet Sandwich West and attended Notre Dame S. S. be ore coming to Assumption. He was well liked and intends to pursue a career in medicine upon his graduation. i
