With four returning lettermen and only one senior, the Green Wave was predominately a junior out- fit. All of last year’s pitching staff graduated leaving no regulars at that position; however, a strong staff was de- veloped. The Features Oeran of the SprnnerR is dedicated to the promotion of academic excellence, good citizenship, and service to the school. Most high school students work to achieve membership in the National Honor Society and to be elected to Who's Who, or the Superlatives. Membership in the Honor Society is the high school equivalent of membership in Phi Beta Kappa.
