Mr. Chand’s Eighth Grade Science Class made models of sodium chloride (salt) crystals with toothpicks, grapes, olives and marshmallows, in their study of the crystals of the earth. Pictured are some of the junior high students who accounted for 48 percent of all students in the Asland High School Building. They participated in their own separate activities; such as, football, basketball, track, pep club, pep assemblies, vocal and band. 20
