HANLON Principal Assistant Principal ADMINISTRATION The future of a country is determined by its youth. A portion of the future of America lies in the hands of our educators. The educational system is a factory, not one in which all the products are exactly alike and interchangeable, but one where individual skill and originality mold the raw materials. This molding is not accom- plished in one operation. It is the result of the ambitions and work of many people. On the surface parents and classroom teachers mold the raw materials, yet the educators also include the men and women who maintain and operate the factory. In the world of educators, as in the business world, dreams or even needs can not establish a factory. In the educational world, a factory can be built with the approval of part of the people, but it must have the support of an entire community before the factory is successful. In a successful factory the workers identify the various raw materials and employ many different and flexible molds to achieve the result. This is the most important factory in a country. 11 ...f - 1 Qui' ROBERT BINGHAM Business Manager
