lOCl.ClO.' 7 W o o .. as , 13 000 Retreat-Key to Spiritual Values ...Q- At Asheville Catholic High, We enjoy immense spiritual advantages andpriv- ileges. The administration realizing that the foremost objective of aCatholic education is to grow in holiness and spiritual stature, organized the curriculum around religious activity. The annual retreat, given by Rev. P.j. Gilvary, SJ. was a quiet time during which we were able to ponder the true sense of values and our purpose in life. Each Friday We are privileged to hear Mass and to receive Holy Communion. The Mass provides us with an opportunity to pray for each other and to renew our good intentions to carry out the goals of Asheville Catholic High. We are further blessed to hear Father Kerin's timely remarks on some pertinent theme or virtue each week. Father has arranged a time when we students may go to confession. Reading material and pamphlets on vocational careers are available at all times for interested students. ggi 1, Friendly Advice Peaceful Prayer 26 D
