MR. LEE C. PHOENIX Principal ADMINISTRATIGN Ianuary 29, 1960 To The Students: Another year of school life has slipped into the realm of the past. Only memories remain- memories that grow dim and hazy with the passage of time. The people with whom you have lived and worked, the activitics in which you have participated, the friends you have made have all become a vital force in your life. A permanent record of these memories is de- sirable and necessary. The 1960 Ash-Hi-Life, through the medium of pictures and Words, has attempted to crystallize these memories and make them concrete. It is my sincere wish that through this publication a better understanding of the total school program at Asheboro High School will be realized. Cordially, 2: Lee C. Phoenix MRS. OLIMBE D. HOLT Secretary Q
