Skepticism changed to mild confusion amongst the half-asleep boarders as the hint of smoke yy afted through the halls. Seifing the nearest fire extinguisher. I directed tyyo burly firemen to the Argyle doors. Before entering. I cautioned them that they' xxould need oxygen masks.
