ROCKETTES WIN SIX STRAIGHT A new coaching staff, and new ideas led the Rockettes to their best season in 3 years. Fighting back after a slow starting season, the strong Rockettes came back to win six games after Christmas, and finished with a 8-10 record-for the year. Diane Flash Johnson was leading score- er with a 37.4 point average. Leading defens- ive rebounder was Faye Wiese with an average of 6.7 rebounds per game. At a post sea- son banquet, Carol Ragaller was named honor- ary team captain. Diane Johnson, Carol Ragal ler, Faye Wiese, and Lori Lenz were named to the All--Boyer Valley Conference Teams. The J-V also completed its most success- ful season in years under the leadership of coach Schumacher. Their final record was 7-2 for the season.
