DISTRICT SUPEF INTENDENT Mr. McCuen first ioined the District in 1929 and served as a teacher at Bakersfield High School, and then was advanced to the newly created position of District Business Manager, a position he held for the next nine years. ln 1945 he was advanced to the Superintendency ofthe Kern County High School and Junior College District, and has served in that capacity since that time.
