CDR WILLIAM W. KING Commander King was born in Onley, Virginia, and commissioned from Naval Officer Candidate School after graduating from the University of Virginia. A former enlisted man, he has served on the USS FRED T. BERRY (DD-858), THE USS DENNIS J. BUCKLEY (DD-808), THE USS FIDELITY (MSO-443), and USS ENGLAND (CG-22). Commander King also served as Commanding Officer of the USS READY (PG-87). He is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College, and holds a master of science degree from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His assignments include duty at the Cinclant Cinclantflt Staff, and as Aide and Administrative Assistant to the Director of Anti Submarine Warfare Programs, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Most recently he was the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations. Commander King and his wife, Cecelia, reside in Norfolk with their three daughters. COMMANDING OFFICER

CDR DAVID E. WOODBURY A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Commander Woodbury attended Colby College in Waterville, Maine and was commissioned at Naval Officer Candidate School in February, 1960. He has served aboard USS EMBATTLE (MSO-434), USS KING, (DLG-10) and USS HAN- SON (DD-832) , and commanded the USS CHARLES BERRY (DE-1035). He has also served in the Bureau of Naval Personnel as a Grade Assignment Officer and as Assistant to the Assistant Director for Captain Detail. Commander Woodbury has studied at the National War College and the Naval War College, and holds a master ' s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University. He was assigned as the personal aide to the Chief of Naval Operations until 1975. He is currently assigned to the office of Chief of Naval Operations in Washington, D.C., and resides there with his wife and their three sons. COMMANDING OFFICER 16 APRIL 77 - 24 APR 79

LCDR THOMAS I. EUBANKS Since his graduation from the U.S. Naval Academy, LCDR Eubanks has served aboard THE USS COCHRANE (DDG 21), THE USS AGERHOLM (DD826) and as Commanding Officer of THE USS ILLUSIVE (MSD 448). He holds a master s degree in Computer Systems Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and is a graduate of the Armed Forces Staff College. From January, 1975 to December 1977 he was the Assistant for Management Informa- tion to the Official Development and Distribution Division of the Bureau of Naval Personnel. LCDR Eubanks was born in Pomeroy, Ohio, and currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Betty, and their two children. EXECUTIVE OFFICER
