Pita sesso Activities Today we are preparing for tomorrow. Every- thing we do or say will effect our future. A high school athlete may someday join a national team. ‘One school’s actress may become a broadway star. But few of us will reach such fame. Most will have an average, but happy, life. The people we meet will influence our outlook on the future. The songs we sing will be rem- embered years from now. Today we are seeking goals and making plans, for tomorrow belongs to the young. Nostalgia makes debut on Hillite scene Fashions in ’73 were above and below the knee. Mini dresses and midi coats, bell bottom flares, blazers, smocks and halter tops were part of Hil- lites’ attire. The fads of yesterday were the fads of today. Yo-yo’s made a smashing comeback along with tennis shoes and stylish hats. Dark fingernail polish and glossy lipstick were popular among the girls. In men’s wear no drastic changes were seen. Wider ties stayed “in” and plain white shirts rose in popularity. The most noticeable men’s fashion was shoes. New fabrics, different tex- tures, and higher heels all helped make footwear attractive. LEFT: Sandy White coaxes Karen Tre- mont and Peggy Woodbridge to buy a sucker.
