ATHLETIC PLAQUE The Michigan Athletic Plaque was awarded to Richard Rif- enburg last june, for his leadership, athletic achievements, and service. XVhile at Arthur Hill, Dick, besides being active in sports, was Student Cabinet president, assembly chairman, and a mtmber of the LEGENDA staff. He attended the University of Michigan and is now a member of the United States Navy.
