Class Prophecy Way out in Southern California, sitting alone for a few minutes in my apartment, after a hard days work at the studio, I was amazed at the head- lines in the morning paper. Quite a few things have happened to my former classmates. Here are a few things that are happening to tne seniors of 1952. Boy, what great progress has been made 1 This is what I read from The Bell dated May 1, 1962. Governor Rdward Joyner and his beautiful wife are visiting relatives at Bell Arthur. Well, well, can you imagine. Miss Malvina Crawford has finally made a success as a sine-er and is also a dancing instructor in New York 1 ’ffho would have expected it? Ruth Pollard has finally succeeded as a nurse. I didn ' t know she had the patients. Larry Lewis with all his talent and crack ideas has become one of Hollywood ' s famous directors of screen and television, Lennie Nanny has just arrived home from Chicago after completing ten years of work for her Ph. D. ATiat is this all about? David Harris is now a pilot and is back home after six years in Japan, y just take a look at this 1 Trilby Lee Smith is teaching school at Bell Arthur, She attended East Carolina Colleee. Vfell, who ' d have thought it? Herman Allen, interior and exterior decorator, is redecorating the Allen mansion owned by Vonciel Allen a rich, elderly looking lady. My, didn ' t she age fast in ten years, ’ATiat is this about? Everyones favorite movie actress, Bessie Lee Morgan, is playing at the Paris Theater in Bad Men opposite John Wayne. What, Mary Stocks is married! I can ' t believe it. Who is the lucky young man? I don ' t believe that we have met before. Here is a bit of news about me. Mrs Norman Pollard, the former Grace Daniels, was seen dancing in the Blue Light Club with her husband. My, The Bell has really been keeping up with the senior class of 1952. They haven ' t missed a single one. Color Flower Royal Blue and Gold Carnation
