Alice Martin Class Motto The star is highg The twinkle never dies. HISTORY OF CLASS OF '52 As green little Freshman we entered AHS. Our first year we spent chiefly in getting acquainted with the way high school students are expected to act. Our main activities were selling Freshman beanies, the winning of the Razzle-Dazzle fwhere we defeated the high and mighty Seniors, and our social parties. The next year we came back to school as sophisticated Sophs. Again we won the Razzle-Dazzle which brought fame to our name. We tried to carry our weight in more student activities. The highlights of our junior year were our play, TATTLETALE, the Western dance and hayride, and, above all, our Prom--DREAMLAND. We worked many long and hard hours on the prom, and that night as we viewed our work we knew that we had really created a Dreamland. Now we are high and mighty Seniors. This year we sponsored all the Home- coming a c ti v i t i e s and a Sadie Hawkins dance. Our play was MOTHER ISA FRESH- MAN. We went to Chihuahua on our Senior trip and went down on the record as the first class of AHS to ever go that far on their Senior trip. We have the la r ge st graduating class in the history of AHS and are the first to ever have a student activity graduation and also the first to have an outdoor graduation.
