Bell Choir . . . The Bell Choir is very unique at Tech High School. It is composed of 1 5 fine musicians and they perform at various schools and civic func- tions in the community. They played last fall for the Indiana State Principals Association at the Atkin- son Hotel and for the Hobby Show at the fairgrounds. String Ensemble . Front Row: Susie Johnson, Caria Dickson, Alicia Anderson, Richard Caudill, Chris Poteet, Lisa Aubrey. 2nd Row: Dana Meyers, VIckl Shaffer, Karen Riggin, James Turner, Mr. Nobles Conductor, Valerie Meyers, Michael Cheatham, Renee Richardson, Michael Stigler, Kim Gardner. The String Ensemble is not one of Tech ' s larger groups, but it is defi- nitely as popular. Consisting of nine new members and eight veterans the group plays violins, cellos, basses and piano. They played at the Festival of tables at Christ Church Cathedral in December, and a recital at Butler in January. Closer to home the String Ensemble played for Tech ' s new build- ing dedication dinner, and were seen on the Annual Christmas special. The group had a very prosperous year and are looking forward to a better one next year. The Ensemble strings up for Open House.
