The sTaff of The Arroyan has Tried To capTure all The fun, The work and The hopefulness for The fuTure in This annual. We have picfures of your Teachers, classmafes, clubs, games, and snaps. We hope ThaT in years To come you will be able To look back and relive The year of '6O. Always remember . . . Arroyo is a vasT and mighTy empire comprised of 2,lOO men and women. BuT iT wasn'T always referred To as vasT and mighTy. In 1954, Arroyo High consisTed of Social STudies wing, The adminisTraTion wing, The library and 500 eager freshmen. Six years have passed and Arroyo, her popu- laTion and her name, have grown To soaring heighTs and she now claims The TiTle VasT and MighTy. We have seen Three classes graduafe, Three senior balls Take place, in one year we beaT CasTro Valley 26-7, 48-42, 21-6, we won The VarsiTy Baseball Championship PennanT, our gym was com- pleTed, a new swimming pool consTrucTed and so many oTher Things.
