The councilmen also continued in the works of the All Conference Teams consisting of the chosen players of the high schools in San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties to form one team of outstanding players.

These were filled out with information and given to the X. A' X i ' ,a Art Classes. A new office was occupied for the first time with the Commissioner of Secretarial Duties joining the Government. The council attended a leadership training conference in Atascadero in late August and attended an inner-school council meeting in San Luis Obispo early in October. Arroyo was host of one of these meetings in December. To help the financial difficulties, the Student Body purchased asnow-cone machine which was operated for the Student Body benefit. A new financial system was started in the fall for better care of the Student Body funds. All clubs and classes were asked to elect a scribe or reporter to turn over their activities to be printed in the school paper and local papers to help publicize school ac- tivities.
