The Principal Seniors! Make the most of this year with its exciting challenges, dramatic choices, ardent idealism and fervent friendships. Your present reactions to the world about you are striking and wonderful indi- cations of your approaching maturity. Whether you go on to honorable and creative adulthood depends on you. Make no mistake, this is your year of discovery; there will never be another year quite like it. While parents and teachers are still with you and sympathetic guidance is available, make your greatest discovery--find out who you really are, Find out what you honestly want from life. Explore your possibilities, sincerely face your strengths and weaknesses; then, on the basis of your discoveries, plan your future. This is your year of discovery and it can be your year of decision. It can be the year that started you on the pathway to self-realization, adult responsibility, and worthy citizenship. God grant that you discover soon your true and highest self. God grant that you use your gifts for His glory, your own development, and service to mankind. 12
