Foreword Another memorable year at Armstrong College has ended and another 'Geechee stall is leaving a complete record of that year. lvhile sharing in every phase of life at Armstrong. 'Geechee staff members have been impressed with the zeal for progress and beauty so typical of Savannalfs youth. In our yearbook we have endeavored to combine that spirit of youth, progress' and beauty with the historical back- ground of a southern seaboard city. Presently, you sight the skyline of Savannah, one of the leading ports on the southeastern coastline of the United States. In the past many ships of many lands have visited this port. World War II with its demand for increased shipping created a scene of con- stant activity here. J li
