He came to Arlington State as head of the education and q psychology department after working in Texas public schools. Dr. p . Connally, assistant to the dean of the School of Engineering is responsible for student records and counseling the civil engineering d t O ' 0' ' epar ment. ne of his goals is to enlarge the co-op program of the college, which he directs. V -me ii. - 46, A M. W, n v 16 G. Elton Smllll Charles H Connallg G. Elton Smith, assistant to the dean of the School of Engineering, is also head of the department of civil engineering. Professor Smith was head of the Arlington State department of engineering from 1950 until assuming his new duties. He is responsible for utilization of facilities, teacher schedules, and registration for the School of Engineering. Professor Smith came to ASC in 1946 as a professor in the engineering department.
