This has been an eventful year for Arlington State College. We have seen this institution bring forth many noteworthy events - new buildings have been and are being built, our ex- cellent faculty has continued to grow and extend their knowledge to us, the students. All our hearts were saddened by the death of our beloved Dean Emeri- tus li. lil. Davis, the man who brought our school from the depth of insignifi- eanee to the position of honor and re- speet it now holds. Words cannot ex- press the gratitude and love we hold for this courageous man. We shall remember the yell prac- tiees, the football games, the dances, the eoronation, and all of the happy erqmerienees we felt while going to school this year. In later years we shall turn back through the pages of this book and re- live the events that occurred in this eventful year. . . l
