She is undecided about her career, but she enjoys draw- ing. Anthony Caramanis 1 1 5 Lake Street Tony,” a sports lover, is a con- noisseur in the art of record col- lecting. Richard Carney 47 Lake Street Baseball Manager An ambition to be an engineer will take Rich” to Tufts College. He will always remember the Arlington High sports and espe- cially the 1943 baseball team. Shirley Alane Carr 118 Crescent Hill Avenue G. A. A., Riding Club Shirl” enjoys dancing and swimming as outside sports. She also enjoys playing the piano. The University of North Carolina will be the school for Shirl” after graduation. Mary Veronica Carrigan 837 Concord Turnpike Mary hopes to enter secretarial work in earnest after high school. Skating is her favorite activity and she will always remember Miss Nash’s Economics class. Pearl Chapman 14 Whittemore Street Chappie” intends to become a nurse at the Somerville Hospital. She enjoys dancing, singing, horseback riding, and ice skating. She will long remember Mr. Campbell’s senior English class and making fudge at Hazel Gra- ham’s house. Charles Chase 118 Lake Street Football, Baseball Our quarterback, Charlie,” hopes to attend Northeastern and make engineering his future work. His favorite outside activities are ice skating and roller skating. He’ll remember longest his quiet aeronautics class. Martin Cicatelli 18 Piedmont Street Riding Club Cigy” plans to attend an en- gineering college to study con- struction work. His favorite out- side activities are taking flying les- sons and participating in Civil Air Patrol. He will long remem- ber his French marks in his soph- omore year. Joseph H. Clancy 46 Old Mystic Street Tarzan” is looking toward the University of Michigan to further his education. He likes all sorts of sports. Mr. Kapff’s class also impressed him. Jeanne L. Clare 160 Mystic Valley Parkway Gilbert and Sullivan , Field Floe key, Basketball, G. A. A. Jeanne is one of our dancing and sports experts. There is some- thing about library slips and Mr. Campbell’s second period English class that she will never forget. Richard N. Clark 285 Washington Street Gilbert and Sullivan, Cross Country Popular and debonair Dick,” who enjoys hockey as a sport, plans on Boston College after graduation. Chemistry A class will never be forgotten by him. Virginia Coleman 79 Scituate Street G. A. A. Ginny” plans to attend the Kathleen Dell Secretarial School and then to a career in business. Her greatest thrill of her high school years will be actually grad- uating! Joan Collins 102 Newport Street Vivacious and easy-going Joan has her fun getting into trouble with the teachers.
