SENIOR ACTIVITIES enior Class Play The Senior Class, divided into two casts presented the three-act comedy, A Ready Made Family on April 16th and 17th. Agnes Martyn, a widow on vacation, met an old sweetheart, Henry Turner, a widowerg and they became engaged. Neither told the other of the children at home: three in one household and two in the other. The youngsters, having heard of the big surprise, became antagonistic to the marriage and planned to upset the matri- monial applecart by acting their worst before their prospective stepparents. After spells of baby talk, fits of epilepsy, kleptomaniac actions, and persistent talk of an operation, Henry emerged victorious and the kids accepted their new parents. The first night was spent in Pittsburgh. Sightseeing in Washington kept us busy until noon of May 5th. We journeyed on to New York and spent an enjoyable three days seeing the Statue of Liberty, Radio City, the United Nations Building and Manhattan Island. Visits to New York's stores, restaurants and theaters resulted in much pleasure. New freindships, slumber parties, pillow fights, and midnight snacks will be long remembered by the Seniors of '59.
