EARLY TO RISE. . . EARLY TO SCHGOL The usual day at Arlington High School in the school year of 1969- 70 begins with kids ar- riving at school. Half asleep, half awake, the children climb on the buses early in the morning, trudge in the snow a few blocks or in hot Weather, or drive in comfortable cars. Many of the latest fashions can be view- ed as this year's Maxi coat, worn by jacie Hindall, Kathy Fin- ard, and student teacher Miss Smith. Everyone tries to make it on time but many just can not seem to make it. Well, Mr. Cooper.. . I stayed up late last - night doing homework and then this morning I did not hear my alarm go off and. . . Everybody tries! 5

But even on those many Tuesday nights of Work, anyone could pass by the room and hear the Wheels of work turning and the laughter that all Went into making this year's annual the best. Work mixed with fun is the best team.

Then the office becomes a bustling center for students and teachers. The telephone is used often in the morning for school business and sometimes pleasure. Of course we can't forget the friendly voice we hear every morning at 8:25, who brings us the morning announcements. This is no other than Mathew Musgrave.
