STUDENTS ENJOY Ushers This year's as- semblies Were educa- tional, entertaining, inspirational, musical and a lot of fun. Se- lected as ushers were john Beagle, jim Staley, Dean Branan, Tim Salsbury, Larry Hindall, and Wayne Smith. We enjoyed assemblies with Paul Caldwell and the Cald- Wells, The Young and the Free from Wheaton Uniyersityg Kenneth Goodman, a famous organistg Dr. Van Nice and the Findlay Col- lege Acappella Choir, and our own choir on the Singing Christmas tree. We also saw many films and movies throughout the year, the best one, spon- sored by the student council was called, The Guns of Nava- rone , starring Gregory Peck, Anthony Quinn and Bobby Darin.
