JAMES HIGH September 12 The Colts left for Port Arthur on Wednes- day the 10th of September to play there Fri- day night. Lack of polish and change of alti- tude proved to be dead weight as the Colts went under, 0-27. BONHAM HIGH September 19 In this second game the Colts playing on home field gave a better showing by edging past Bonham High by a score of 18-13. GRAND PRAIRIE HIGH September 26 Still playing fine football the Colts out- scored Grand Prairie with a score of 18-6. WEATHERFORD October 3 Although the Colts played gallantly, the Kangaroo team came out victorious. Final score 0-13. DIAMOND HILL October 10 In the first conference game, the Colts were not at their best against the powerful Diamond Hill eleven. Played here, the final score was 0-22. STEPHENVILLE October 24 Playing at home, the Green and White eleven was unable to stop the disastrous Yellow Jacket passing attack. Score: 0-14. HANDLEY October 31 On Hallowe'en night the Colts journeyed to Handley for the second conference game. After 47 minutes of almost equal play and on the last play of the game, the Greyhounds scored on a pass to win 6-0. BIRDVILLE November 7 Playing in perfect, cold weather the Green and White bombarded the Birdville Buffaloes with an 18-0 defeat. MASONIC HOME November 14 In the last conference game, played on a muddy field, the Colts came out losers in a very closely contested game. Final score: 0-7. JESUIT November 26 In the last game of the season the Colts outclassed the Rangers in an afternoon game. Score: 20-6.
