Hull has led Arkansas Tech in a pro- gram of improvement which has never let up. His program of betterment has tangible results in the erection of new and modern buildings, including Caraway Hall, the Library, and the Physical Education building, as well as the remodeling of the older structures. In other ways Mr. I-Iull's desire for progress has been felt: enrollment has steadily increased, and courses of study and facilities for study have been enlarged and improved, in short, the college in all its branches has progressed. The students admire and respect Mr. Hull for his leadership and executive abil- ity. And they like him immensely for his friendship and for his interest in their problems-the problems of youth.
