|i|||flg®:vOn Despite Drenching It would have taken more than a drenching rain to dampen Homecoming spirit at Arkansas State. The Indians took the field undefeated and left with one more notch on the pole The Marching Indian Foot- ball band presented another tremendous performance— which surprised no one. Fans turned out in droves under a sea of umbrellas to w itness an outstanding grid contest which moved the Redmen closer to an undefeated season. Alumni flocked to special dinners and meetings, parents marvelled at the ultra-modern additions to the campus, and everyone just almost for- got that it had been raining most of the time. That night the annual dance honoring the victory was the setting for awarding the display trophies. It was, in all, a big day for Arkansas State. Sunday found the cam- pus asleep. DEAN MOORE — receives award for work on the alumni file. EVERYBODY COMES— Parents, family, friends- nobody misses the big game come rain, sleet or snow. Folks even drove from Florida to see their sons play. TRIPLE DUEL— Mike Over- all, senior, leads the featured drummers in a special number.
