ARKANSAS STATE COLLEGE INDIAN ID IE AM OF TIME COILILIEGIE His jolly whistle, his open-hearted frankness, and his patience with all stu- dents has earned Dean E. L. Whitsitt a place on the honor list of each young man and young woman attending the College. Having been Dean of the College for many years, Mr. Whitsitt knows how to pull us out of the messes we get into with schedules, grade points, and other troubles which should be avoided but seldom are. The Dean became a member of the faculty of Arkansas State in 1917, and has served continually since that time. DEAN E. L. WHITSITT REGISTRAR Holding one of the hardest jobs on the hill, Captain H. E.
